Who We Are

Nuacell Ltd., a company providing professional medical services to patients and operating an out-patient clinic in Malahide, Ireland, with a registered address at Kilronan House, Church Road, Malahide, Dublin K36 RW18, Ireland.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement is effective upon account creation and will continue until terminated by either party. Nuacell Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with any changes effective upon posting on the website.

Services Provided

Nuacell Ltd. is the exclusive distributor of LifeLength Telomere test kits in the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom. Users can purchase medical services and test kits through our platform. The list of services provided includes up to the following:

• Sending the Telomere test kit to users
• Providing a Medical Questionnaire Form
• Offering online training and basic marketing materials
• Provide shipment cost estimates from the user’s address to the laboratory in Spain
• Written explanation of the results by a medical doctor (upon request and if applicable)
• Releasing the results report to the user

Communications and Marketing

By registering on our website, you consent to receive communications from us. This includes but is not limited to:

– Marketing and promotional materials
– Updates and newsletters
– Important information related to your account and our services

We may use your contact information, including email address and phone number, for these purposes. You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional communications by following the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly. Please note that even if you opt-out of marketing communications, we may still send you important administrative messages.

User Obligations

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Follow the procedures defined by Nuacell Ltd. when using the telomere testing service.
• Ensure that all required information, including medical questionnaires, is completed and submitted.
• Pay invoices in full and promptly.
• Recruit and manage patients for the telomere testing service in accordance with good medical practice.

Pricing

All prices exclude VAT and are per patient for a full service. Prices are provided on the webshop. We offer volume-based discounts for continious ordering. Additionally, where applicable, we offer an introductory promotion.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving a 30-day written notice if the other party fails to comply with any relevant term of this Agreement. NuaCell holds the right to cancel the parnership for any reason.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
